These terms govern your use of DataDelivery.org and any products you buy from DataDelivery, LLC (“DataDelivery”, “we”, “us”). By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy from us.
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the authority to enter this agreement, and that if you are buying for a company you are authorised to bind it.
We sell digital data files, delivered electronically in CSV or similar format. You acknowledge that:
Our data is provided for research purposes. You are responsible for ensuring any use you make of it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Files are delivered by email to the address given at checkout. Most orders are delivered within 24 to 48 hours. Large or heavily filtered orders can take longer, and we will tell you if yours will.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. A delay on its own is not a breach of these terms and does not create a right to a refund, but if you have not received your file and have not heard from us, contact us and we will resolve it.
You have 24 hours from delivery to report a problem with the file itself — a corrupt file, an access issue, or a file that does not match what you ordered.
Report issues to datadeliveryllc@gmail.com or by text to (813) 293-8229, quoting your order number.
If we confirm a problem, we will re-send the file or supply a replacement dataset at our discretion. After 24 hours, no claims can be made.
All sales are final. Because our products are digital, delivered immediately and can be copied, we do not offer refunds or partial refunds once a file has been delivered, except where required by law.
Dissatisfaction with response rates, conversion rates or commercial results is not grounds for a refund. The outcome of an outreach campaign depends on factors outside our control.
If you have a problem with an order, contact us first — most issues are resolved the same day.
If a payment dispute or chargeback is raised, we will respond to the card issuer with our records, including proof of delivery, the terms you accepted at checkout, and our correspondence with you. Where a dispute is resolved in our favour, or where a chargeback is raised without first contacting us, we reserve the right to recover the amount owed and any associated costs, and to decline future orders.
You may not:
Breach may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
The site, its content, our branding, our datasets and our compilation methods are the property of DataDelivery, LLC. Buying a file gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use it internally. No other licence is granted.
The site and the data are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the data or the site.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend and indemnify DataDelivery, LLC against any claim arising from your use of the data, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida.
We may suspend or terminate access to the site at any time. Sections covering liability, indemnity, intellectual property and disputes survive termination.
We may update these terms. The revision date above will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
