From checkout to a file in your inbox, here is exactly what happens — and what each screen looks like when you get to it.

Step 1 — Pick your list in the shop

Every card in the shop is one list size and one data type. Pick the card that matches what you need and press Add to cart.

Add to cart takes you straight to checkout — there is no separate cart step to click through.

Step 2 — Set your states at checkout

If you only want certain states, set it here before you pay. Leave it alone and you get the 30 default states.

Step 3 — Tell us where to send it

The File Delivery section is where your file actually gets sent. Check these two fields carefully — a typo here is the single most common reason a file appears not to arrive.

Step 4 — Your file is built and sent

Nothing here is pre-packaged. Each file is pulled and cleaned against your order, which is why it is not instant. You do not need to message us to confirm — every order notifies us automatically.

Sent by email, with a text as a backup so it does not sit unnoticed in a spam folder.
